Elsbeth Velasco-Fulgencio

Elsbeth Velasco-Fulgencio returned to Gonzalez & Harris in May 2006, and now has eight years of experience as a corporate immigration paralegal. She has already facilitated the filing of many H-1B, O-1 and L-1 petitions, and visa applications, and is now working on immigrant petitions and adjustment of status cases. She also has experience preparing petitions for individuals of extraordinary ability in the arts, business and sciences. She is highly experienced in assisting the preparation of O visas for the entertainment industry particularly for directors, producers, actors, and production crew. These visas are often for productions that have an immediate need of cast and crew in the United States and thus her skills and efficiency are of great value to our firm.

Ms. Velasco-Fulgencio received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from California State University and has subsequently completed academic and continuing education courses in law.
